Neighborhood Management

Starting January 1, 2023, Kirkpatrick Management Company is handling many of the management tasks that were previously the responsibility of the Village Walk HOA board. This includes things like:

  • Paying vendors and service providers on behalf of the neighborhood (e.g. electric, water, mowing, landscaping, etc.)
  • Soliciting bids from service providers for future needs (subject to HOA board approval)
  • Monitoring and correcting for any issues in common areas: entryways, playground, pond, etc.
  • Communicating with homeowners about covenants compliance, subject to HOA board approval

  • I have a concern about my community and/or the common area, who should I contact? Please contact your Community Association Manager ("CAM") for all neighborhood concerns. You can also log complaints and work orders through KMC Connect.
  • I want to make changes to the exterior of my home, do I need approval for that? Yes! Please contact your Customer Service Representative to get the appropriate paperwork and start the approval process. If you would like an update on a pending architectural request change, please contact your Customer Service Representative.
  • I need help navigating KMC Connect. Who should I contact? Please contact your Customer Service Representative and they will assist you.
  • My ledger does not look right, who can I contact to discuss this? Please direct all questions regarding your account to our Accounts Receivable department.
  • I’m selling my home and need paperwork filled out on behalf of the Association. Please contact our Closings department.
