Architectural Review

The purpose of the Architectural Review Board (ARB) is to evaluate proposed plans to ensure adherence to covenants and restrictions in order to preserve the value and desirability of the Real Estate and to promote continued harmonious relationships of neighbors. Please refer to Architectural Review Committee’s purpose and what is governed, section 7.2 of the Village Walk Covenants.

Download and submit your completed Homeowner Request for Change for the Architectural Review Board to consider. You can download the fillable

• Homeowner Request for Change form here and email it to our or 
• Download it from the KMC portal site: https://villagewalk.frontsteps.com/.You will need to create a new login on their site if you haven't before. Then on the left side of the page, choose Documents and  Architectural (ARB) folder, VW ACC Form 1.2023 and email it to our Customer Service Representative. 

At this moment, online submission of the form isn't available. KMC they will communicate with the ARB Committee for the HOA Board to have an official review and vote. You would be notified following review of its review and approval status.
