About Us

We are located close to the western business district with many thriving restaurants and businesses. As a Village Walk resident, you are within walking distance of schools, medical and dental locations, grocery and drug stores, the local post office and much more. Village Walk is situated along the "Rails to Trails" walking and bike path that stretches for several miles through the town of Zionsville, Indiana, and the beautiful wooded areas of Starkey Park.

Village Walk is a covenanted neighborhood of 168 single-family homes. The Village Walk Homeowner's Association consists of an elected board of 9 people. Informal social activities occur in the neighborhood during the year, with a major social activity during the summer months. Newcomers are always welcome to serve on the social committee.

Village Walk Homeowner's Association owns approximately 11 acres of commons area. Within that 11 acres, residents can enjoy tennis and basketball, as well as family picnics under a shade tree at the Village Walk park. Sidewalks make exercise around the neighborhood an easy activity or if you like to fish, Village Walk residents are welcome to wet their line or just sit and relax around the neighborhood pond.

The village of Zionsville has a vibrant mixture of traditions. The downtown and historical homes district maintain the quaint colonial village of Zionsville.  Main Street possesses everything from antiques, new and exciting restaurants with a wide variety of cuisines, art galleries and fashion boutiques. Along with many beautiful horse farms in the area, Boone County is a thriving agricultural area.

Museums, a top notch school system, an extensive public library with numerous activities for children, along with an abundant parks and walking trails system, are just some of the reasons that Village Walk and Zionsville should be the places you check out first when moving to the central Indiana area.
